About the book

The authors discuss the guidelines of including children with special needs in the regular forms of upbringing and educations. They present the position of such children in Slovenia and especially focus on the question how kindergartens and primary schools have prepared children for social integration. The book analyzes in depth the results of a study which among other things showed how children accept their peers with special needs into their community.
