Return service
The customer can withdraw from the contract for the purchase of books, without giving any reason, within 15 days after receipt of goods, but only with the written communication. The cost of sending books to the supplier are payed by the consumer. The return of goods is considered ontime if submitted within the prescribed period and the goods are returned intact and in the same quantity to the supplier.
