Terms of sale
As a buyer you are protected by the Law on Consumer Protection. The prices and other benefits (discounts, gifts, method of delivery, participation in the postage ...) are valid on the date of purchase. If not otherwise marked, the prices are valid until stocks are exhausted. The validity of the discount prices of books is marked on the special promotion page. The original invoice that you receive upon payment or delivered in conjunction with the general conditions published on this site are valid.
All prices are indicated in EUR, inclusive 8.5% or 20% tax rate, unless otherwise indicated.
The contract / agreement shall be concluded in slovenian language and is stored in the archives at the headquarters of the publishing house Didakta Publishing ltd. Access to the contract is possible at the headquarters of the Didakta Publishing Ltd., on any working day between 10h and 13h.
We reserve the right, exceptionally, to (partially) withdraw from the contract execution in cases where the ordered book run out of stock, if we find an increased risk of a payment, if order was not completed in accordance with the general conditions, or if there are obvious errors in the price. In all of these and similar cases, you'll be immediately informed on a possible withdrawal from the contract from our side.
